How do i use myfitness pal?

What days should I check in?
Ideally Fridays if once a week, if twice a week Wednesday and Saturdays, but this can be re-arranged to suit you better if need be
What if I don't hit my macros perfectly?
Very rarely will you always be on point, but a rule of thumb I use is never be 15 grams under on protein and carbs, and never under 10 grams with fats. Food labelling will always be off slightly also, so it just needs consistency, not perfection
Do you do meal plans or just use macros?
I do both, if someone wants meal plans I work out the macros and then give you the meal plan, or you can take the food list which I send across then choose which meals you want to make and get them to hit your macro targets.
NOTE: This is not IIFYM, that can be done when you have the app/tracking nailed & IF i give consent but this is very rare.
I have injuries, will this effect our training?
You should list your injuries on the coaching form that I send across, I can tailor a programme around that injury. BUT you need to seek professional from a physio so I know exactly what the issue is. I have a physio I work with closely and can then base everything of off his advice.
How fast should I expect results?
It depends on your starting point and your goals, even though a lot of progress is made within the first 1-8 weeks, most of my client transformations are around the 12 week mark, with some at 16. They then set new goals to move towards, for example reverse dieting after a dieting phase, to gain even more muscle than they did during the deficit they ran for X amount of weeks.
Do you train both males and females?
Yes, the majority of my 1-1 clients over the years were female. I take on both males and females and understand females are in need of some slight differences potentaily in training and nutrition due to their physiology
Do you train natural individual or assisted athletes?
I train both, natural or not. If you are assisted, I can provide assistance on your cycle & I will also monitor your blood work that I advise you get
