Started with luke around 7 months ago and my progress has been insane, within 12 weeks i was in the best shape i have ever been. I have been training for around 7 years and never had a coach before and having luke as a coach has really taken me to that next level. Highly recommend him he really does know his stuff.

As a female, opting for a male PT can be really daunting but it was honestly the best decision I made. Not only was Luke understanding to this but he also made it a priority to help improve my mental health as well as physical health.
We discussed my relationship with food and fear of calories and weights and over time, Luke really helped me break up with “diet culture” and develop a healthier relationship with both exercise and food. He helped me structure my workouts and planned my calories and macros to a T so that I could maximise my chances of achieving my goals.
If I ever had a question or concern, he was always at the end of the phone and went beyond the average coach, extending his services beyond the gym to support my home workouts with video demos and advice. To anyone looking to develop a healthier relationship with both food and exercise,
I recommend Luke 100%. I have fallen back in love with exercise and now use fitness as a way to nourish my body and mind, not punish it and I couldn’t have done that without Luke kickstarting my fitness journey.

Joining the LBPT Team has been one of the best things I’ve done in my life both physically and on mental aspect. Before joining the team, I had been training on and off for about 5years. Training was a bro split of the usual chest, back, shoulders, arms and maybe some legs on the odd occasion.
My diet was all over the place, not really tracking anything and having no consistency in macro levels. I didn’t really even do cardio as I thought it’s not that necessary and from all this, it showed that I needed some help. Just in 12 short weeks of working with Luke I had more results than in the 5 years of trying to do it myself. Immediately after discussing my goals to put on some size and drop body fat Luke set to work and I had a detailed bespoke diet plan which was constantly changing throughout the process to optimise progression towards my goals. My training was changed into a Push, Pull, Legs, Upper,
Lower to guarantee that I was hitting all muscle groups at least twice a week, again constantly changing and tweaking for optimal performance. Throughout the 12 weeks Luke would always be on hand to answer any questions whether its technique, alternative exercises, or even to give suggestions on how to stay on track even when your out on a Saturday night etc. I couldn’t have asked for more from a coach to be honest,
above all that he’s a top Guy who really cares and wants to see his client do well. I hope from the pictures above this just shows what can happen if you have a good coach and willingness to put in the hard work.

Coaching from beginning to end with Luke throughout my cut was nothing less of exceptional. As well as making big gains and getting to my ideal body shape he was with me all the way to the death. From the specific workout plans to the detailed dietary requirements the man made sure i was dialled in day in day out.

At first I didn’t realise how hard and committed I would be but you really give me the push I needed every Single day popping up to me making sure I was training and getting healthy with the daily weigh-ins.
I really appreciate the Meal plans you made for me which I thought was gonna be hard for me to eat as I don’t like eating healthy but you made everything to how I liked it every time so happy with all the help you have really done an amazing job as a Newby to it all I was Little bit nervous going to the gym as I didn’t know what I was doing but yet again you made the best gym plans for to understand! all-round really happy with everything you done for me so thank you very much Luke.

I started off going to the gym for a few years here and there, but never could get myself to the point I wanted to mentally and physically which was a big hic up in my training and could never get what I wanted out of it, but I took upon myself to put myself to the test and jump on TeamLB with Luke as my Personal Trainer.
From the day I started my first journey with Luke it’s been nothing but positivity and progress which has not only made the training hard but also enjoyable to push yourself to your limits but in the correct manner to get the results you and also Luke want to see.
From my first transformation picture before my training with Luke to my last transformation picture which were only 16 weeks apart with 2 National lockdowns involved and gym closures the progress was still made where Luke professional prepared my workouts for home works and with the knowledge and service he provides they were spot on and things were still moving forwards in the right direction for when the gyms open.
I am now about to start my 2nd Journey with TeamLB prior to the summer slowly approaching and I couldn’t be more ready to show the work which is gonna be put in not just from me but the whole of TeamLB.

My experience with Luke, I came to Luke after first lockdown I had put a bit of weight and needed to loose it quick but like Luke would say nothing good would come quick, so i started online and 1-1 session the sessions we’re great very intense.
I enjoyed them a lot and the online was great Luke was always on WhatsApp to me 24/7 for support I would definitely recommend Luke to anyone else he’s changed my physic and always helped me out with other stuff, I’ve always made a good friend out of it

The coaching Luke offered all the way throughout was of the highest quality, I got the biggest, leanest & strongest I’ve ever been from his training & nutrition plans. Before that, I thought I used to train hard but this was a different level, I still enjoyed it and are still working with Luke now to work towards an even better 2nd transformation.

Since 2015 I have had the pleasure of working with mark, then from 2018 onwards Ian and jasmine started training with me.
Mark approached me after 2 years of training with eachother and had said that his dad had a bad fall which led to various injuries on his face. The reason mark came to me was that Ian had trouble picking his feet up when walking, somewhat because of age but mostly to do with being overweight, sitting at around 18 and a half stone. We worked together in 1-1 sessions and in the first year of training we managed to get him down from 18 and a half stone to 15 stone 10lbs.
Along with this he can now deadlift 100kg for reps, performs squats, bench press, trains arms, alongside being able to do long walks with his wife without having any falls. He genuinely has a passion for training & improving even at the age of 84.
His wife and son also give everything when it comes to training, jasmine deadlifting 60kg for reps at 82 years of age and his son deadlifting 180kg! Age is just a number. Thankyou Ian, jasmine & Mark for letting me work with you its been a pleasure.
